Coach Tom


Coach Tom is a Board Certified Physician in practice for the past 15 years. In addition to his work in the emergency department, Dr McCoy has focused on healthspan/lifespan optimization for individual clients outside of the hospital setting. Tom has gone on to obtain additional certifications in nutrition and exercise training to better serve his clients. Dr McCoy firmly believes in the importance of optimizing your exercise program, nutrition strategy, sleep and behavior patterns to achieve your life goals.

Coach Andrew


Coach Andrew in the fitness industry with 20+ coaching athletes of all ranges and ages. This includes coaching of everyone from NFL-bound athletes to his own mother - his range of experience is second to none. He has devised a coaching methodology and accompanying equipment that provide the best home workout possible that provides strength, endurance, injury prevention, flexibility and more with as little equipment as possible. He is THE fitness coach you want in your corner!

Coach Eric comes from the world of

Industrial/Organizational Psychology - what does that have to do with anything? Everything!

His world is testing, content development, best practices, curriculum, data, feedback systems and testing validation. It's all been baked into your fitness and progress so you benefit. With a data driven approach, anything is possible! As you proceed, rest assured it all has a purpose, has a meaning and is specifically tailored for your maximum progress and success.

Do I need equipment to participate?


Enrollment includes equipment, we've got you covered. We made the equipment so incredibly simple, it can fit in a corner of your bedroom when not in use. The effectiveness comes from the program and maximal utility of simple tools to the greatest benefit.


You don't need some big bulky piece of equipment you'll never use, you need results! Minimum gear for maximum results.


What if I want to get stronger?

Great news, you will get stronger. We have had members of our cohort gain as much as FOUR pounds of muscle in 8 weeks. This is unheard of, but we have the data to prove it.

How do we do this? The secret is the multi-faceted approach to fitness that no stand-alone workout program can accomplish. When you combine incredibly well thought out movements with a complete life restart that includes sleep, breath-work, caffeine breakdown, nutrition plan and community support - the results come in waves!



What if I want to lose body fat?


Great news, we do that too. In fact, how would you like to lose body fat and gain muscle? Sound to good to be true? Approximately 50% of our graduates experience both - they get leaner and stronger at the same time?
